Seat selection is available during web check-in up to 48 hours before departure. You can choose standard seats, or pay to upgrade to AM Plus (extra legroom, priority boarding) or Preferred Seating (near the front of the Main Cabin).

Web check-in is available 24 hours prior to departure. Passengers must verify passport and visa details. For some destinations, you may need to fill out an Online Immigration Form in advance. If documents cannot be verified online, you must check in at the airport counter up to 180 minutes before departure.

Groups of 10 or more passengers on one reservation can access special group travel benefits. All travelers must be on the same flight and travel date. Group check-in may require assistance at the airport counter or via the Call Center.
