2. 2Enter your PhoenixMiles card number, email address, or cell phone number.
3. 3Select your flight and passengers.
4. 4Choose your seat.
5. 5Download or print your boarding pass.

Valid ID, e-ticket number, passport for international flights, and visa if required

Seat selection is available during online check-in. You can cancel the seat you have selected and select a new seat and print your boarding pass.

Online check-in is available 36 hours before departure until 3 hours before departure. You cannot cancel your online check-in 3 hours or less before departure.

After one passenger checks in, other passengers can be added as travel companions, provided they are in the same class of service.

1. 1'Boarding pass cannot be printed' - You can still complete all steps and have it printed at the airport counter.
2. 2'Boarding Gate shows TBD' - Check the flight displays after arriving at the airport.
3. 3'Cannot check in online' - Online check-in is not applicable to emergency exit seats or special passengers.
