2. 2Enter your PNR or Booking Reference No. and Name (First or Last) or Email or Mobile No.
3. 3Confirm passengers and pick a seat.
4. 4Add any meals or extras like Gourmair.
5. 5Download or print your boarding pass.

Booking reference (PNR), last name, government-issued photo ID (Aadhar card for domestic), passport and visa for international flights.

Seat selection is available during web check-in. If you do not pre-book a seat, one will be assigned at random. You can also prebook hot meals (Gourmair) during this process.

Web check-in closes 2 hours before departure. Passport details required via APIS. Must visit the airport counter to complete document verification and baggage drop.

Multiple guests can be checked in simultaneously. If you web check-in without a pre-booked seat, you will be assigned a seat at random, which means your group may not be seated together.

1. 1'Boarding pass won't load' - Try the Air India Express mobile app with the same PNR and last name, or check your email spam folder.
2. 2'PNR not found' - Ensure you are on airindiaexpress.com (for IX flights) and not the Air India mainline site.
3. 3'Payment required' - You may need to clear any pending balance before proceeding with web check-in.
