AirAsia Online Check-In (2026)

1. 1Launch the AirAsia MOVE app or visit airasia.com/check-in.
2. 2Enter your Family name/surname and Booking Number.
3. 3Select the passengers and flights you want to check in for.
4. 4Complete the required formalities (e.g., document verification, seat selection, add-ons).
5. 5Generate and save your E-Boarding Pass or print it.

Booking number, passport with at least 6 months validity for international flights, applicable visa, and return/onward ticket.

You can choose your seat during online check-in for a fee. If you do not purchase a seat, one will be randomly assigned to you free of charge during the check-in process.

Passports must be valid for at least 6 months. Some destinations require document verification at the airport check-in counter even if you check in online. E-Boarding Passes are available for specific international departures.

Group bookings of 10 or more passengers in one PNR cannot use mobile check-in. For groups under 10, the app generates individual e-boarding passes that can be downloaded and shared.
