2. 2Enter your reservation information and passport details.
3. 3Reserve or confirm your seat assignment.
4. 4Register immigration information if flying to/from the USA.
5. 5Receive your mobile boarding pass via email or Wallet, or print it out.
6. 6Drop off any checked baggage at least 60 minutes before departure.

Reservation information, passport details, email address, and visa if required. Passengers flying to/from the USA must also register immigration information (Advance Passenger Information).

Advance seat assignments are available until 48 hours prior to departure. Paid advance seat reservations are available for aisle/window seats, front seats, or extra legroom seats for Economy Class passengers in certain booking classes.

Advance Passenger Information (API) including passport details must be provided. Passengers flying to/from the USA must register immigration information. Some routes require document verification at a staffed check-in counter even after online check-in.

Up to 8 passengers can be checked in at the same time using the 'Add entry field' button, provided they share the same reservation details.

1. 1'Online check-in unavailable' - May be due to system issues, codeshare flights, or requiring document verification; check in at the airport.
2. 2'Cannot obtain boarding pass at connecting airport' - Print it in advance or get it at the departure airport for ANA Group-operated flights.
3. 3'Reservation cannot be identified' - Ensure you are searching with the correct reservation details, especially if booked through a travel agent or partner airline.
