Booking code (PNR), last name, passport for international flights, or identification document for domestic flights. Visas and health declarations may be required depending on the destination.

Seat selection is available during check-in. If your fare (like Basic) does not include free seat selection, you can purchase it as an additional service. Emergency exit seats have specific age and physical requirements.

Passports are required. For flights to/from the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada, check-in opens 24 hours before departure. Passengers must arrive at the airport 3 hours before international flights. Wrapped baggage is not accepted on international flights departing from Bogotá.

Group bookings are for 10 or more passengers. Once group tickets are issued, additional services like seat selection must be purchased individually through the Contact Center or at the airport. Online check-in availability may vary for groups.
