You may change or cancel a flight without charging fees if you request a change up to 24h after the purchase and at least 7 days prior to the boarding date.

Refunds can be issued to the original form of payment (fees may apply) or as Azul Credits, which are valid for 1 year and do not incur refund fees.

You can anticipate your flight on the same day depending on availability and fare rules.

No-show fees apply: BRL 550.00 / USD 120 for domestic flights. USD 425 for international flights to/from US/Europe.

2. 2Select 'Find Booking' or 'Cards' on the Azul app or website and enter the data.
3. 3In 'Flights,' select 'cancel flight' and follow the guidelines.
4. 4Alternatively, request cancellation via Customer Service or at the airport.
