Batik Air online check-in opens 12-24 hours before departure and closes 45-60 minutes before departure. Check-in must be completed exclusively through the BookCabin mobile app.

Step-by-Step Check-In Guide
1. Download and open the BookCabin app (Batik Air's official app for check-in). 2. Select the Batik Air airline option. 3. Enter your 6-digit booking code, last name, and departure date. 4. Select 'Check-In' and verify passenger data. 5. Choose your seat if the option is available. 6. Receive your e-boarding pass to save or print.

6-digit booking code, passenger last name, valid ID/Passport, and visa or other required travel documents for international flights.
Seat Selection
Seat selection is available during online check-in. Super Saver fare passengers can select a seat for a fee (approx. $6-$15 USD), while other fares include free seat selection. If no seat is selected, one is randomly assigned for free.
