Booking reference or e-ticket number, valid passport for international flights, and any required visas or entry documents for your destination.

Seat selection is available during online check-in. Preferred and regular seats are complimentary once online check-in opens, while extra legroom seats remain chargeable. Advance seat reservations before check-in opens may incur a fee depending on fare type and member status.

Passengers must hold and present valid travel documents required by their destination. Passengers departing from certain airports in India will receive a digital boarding pass but must obtain a paper boarding pass from the check-in counter for immigration clearance.

Passengers travelling in a group and registered as a group in the booking are not allowed to check in online and must proceed to the airport for check-in.

2. 2'Flights not visible for check-in' - You may be trying to check in out of sequence for your itinerary, or your flight is not within the 24/48 hour window.
