Booking number, last name, and passport details. Advanced Passenger Information (API) data is required for certain flights. Unaccompanied minors and passengers with animals need specific forms.

Seat selection is available. Economy Zero fare passengers must pay for airport check-in ($30/€25) but online check-in is free. Seat reservations start from $10/€10 for Economy Class. Families with children under 2 get a discount.

Passport details and Advanced Passenger Information (API) must be entered during online check-in for certain flights. Mobile boarding passes are not accepted in the USA, UK to USA flights, Hurghada, and Windhoek.

Groups of up to 9 people with the same booking number can check in online together. Groups of 10 or more people who booked through the group service cannot use online check-in. Families with children aged 2-11 traveling to/from/within Italy get free adjacent seats.
