Seat reservation is available during online check-in. You can choose between a standard seat or a seat with up to 10 cm more legroom, and select window, aisle, or centre. Fees may apply depending on your fare class.

For flights to, from, or via certain countries (like the USA, UK, Mauritius, Dominican Republic, Cuba, Thailand), APIS data is required. This includes title, first name, surname, date and country of birth, gender, nationality, and passport data. Missing data can be entered in the My Eurowings account.

Bookings for groups larger than nine passengers are considered group bookings. The main contact person receives a PIN to request booking codes for each member. They can check in each member individually or distribute codes for members to check themselves in.

1. 1'Online check-in not working' - Check if it's available for your flight, if it's within the 72 to 3-hour window, or if you have special services booked. Take a screenshot of the error to avoid airport check-in fees.
2. 2'Unable to generate boarding pass' - Some airports (like Pristina, Tirana, Faro, Jerez) do not accept mobile boarding passes. Airport staff will print it for free if you've completed online check-in.
3. 3'Missing APIS data' - Enter required passport and destination info via your My Eurowings account to complete check-in for international flights.
