Step-by-Step Check-In Guide
1. Purchase a ticket from EVA AIR. 2. Choose the appropriate platform to check in (website or EVA AIR App). 3. Fill out your personal information. 4. Get/Print your boarding pass.

Seat Selection
Passengers can select seats for free during online/mobile check-in within 48 hours prior to flight departure (excluding group tickets in booking class G). Seat selection is open until 12 hours before your scheduled flight departure.

'Check-in not available' - May be too early (before 48 hours) or too late (within 1 hour of departure).
