Reservation code, valid government-issued ID matching the name on the reservation (e.g., driver's license, passport). For international flights, a valid passport and any required visas or arrival forms.

Seat selection is available during check-in for a fee. If you do not pay for a seat, one will be randomly assigned to you, which may result in being seated away from your travel companions.

For flights to/from the United States, check-in and baggage drop closes 90 minutes before departure. Passengers must fill out arrival forms and upload required documents prior to the trip for certain destinations like Kingston or Punta Cana.

A group booking fee of $5 per passenger applies, and a minimum of 10 travellers are required for group booking benefits. When checking in online, passengers on the same reservation may be seated apart unless seats are purchased together.
