Seat selection is available during online check-in. Standard seats are free for Smart and Flex fares, but Basic and Light fares incur a fee. Preferred seats and extra legroom seats (like exit rows and bulkheads) carry an additional charge. Falcon Gold (Business Class) passengers get complimentary seat selection.

Passengers must ensure their passport and visa are valid for their destination. Double-check validity and visa requirements via Gulf Air's site or e-Visa tools. Some airports require boarding passes to be printed at airport counters even if you check in online.

You can check in up to 9 passengers together using the same booking reference during web check-in. For group bookings of 10 or more, special group rates and handling apply, but standard web check-in may be limited. Families are recommended to use advance seat selection to guarantee sitting together.
