2. 2Select 'Web Check-in' and enter your PNR/Booking Reference and Email/Last Name.
3. 3Select the passenger(s) you want to check in.
4. 4Choose your preferred seat (free auto-assignment or paid selection).
5. 5Complete the mandatory health declaration if required.
6. 6View, download, or print your boarding pass.

Booking Reference (PNR), valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, voter ID, driving license) for domestic flights. For international flights: valid passport, visa (if applicable), and any destination-specific travel documents.

Seat selection is available during web check-in. Passengers can pay for preferred seats (starting at ₹150 for regular seats, more for extra legroom) or choose 'Auto Seat Assignment' for a free, randomly assigned seat.

Web check-in for international flights opens 24 hours and closes 75 minutes before departure. Passengers must carry a valid passport, visa, and other relevant travel documentation, which will be checked at the airport. Clearance from customs and immigration is required.

Group bookings require passenger names to be shared 7 days prior to departure. During web check-in, you can check in multiple passengers under the same PNR together.

1. 1'Unable to select free seat' - Free seats may be exhausted; you must either pay for a seat or use auto-assignment.
2. 2'Payment failure during check-in' - Often caused by browser cache or gateway errors; clear cache/cookies and retry.
3. 3'Connecting flight check-in issue' - You cannot web check-in if one of your connecting flights is beyond 48 hours from the check-in window.
