You can assign or upgrade your seats during online check-in. You can purchase EvenMore seats or extra legroom. Mosaic 1 customers may select preferred or extra legroom at booking, or an EvenMore seat at check-in, at no extra charge (except on Blue Basic).

All international flights close 60 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Customers must check in during Customs hours of operation. A valid passport is required, and some countries require passports to be valid for at least six months from the date of entry. Additional documentation like visas or tourist cards may be needed.

Individuals in group bookings (10 or more people) are not able to check in online, through the JetBlue mobile app, or at an airport kiosk. They must proceed to the ticket counter at the airport for assistance. Families and groups of less than 8 can check in online.
