Seat selection is available during online check-in. You can choose your favorite seat or bid for extra legroom. Fees may apply depending on the fare class and seat type. Seats in emergency exit rows have specific restrictions.

For flights outside the Schengen Area or intercontinental routes, passport and visa verification may be required at the airport counter. Passengers departing from specific airports (e.g., Baku, Athens, Cairo, Tel Aviv) must verify documents at the counter to receive their boarding pass.

Group bookings are available for a minimum of 10 passengers in Economy or 6 in Premium/Business class. Names can be provided up to 7 days before departure, and free seat allocation is included.
