International Check-In Rules
Valid passport required. For international flights, aim to be at the airport 2 hours before departure. Passport and visa details must be in order at the check-in desk, even if entered via APIS online. Counter check-in may be required for certain ASEAN flights.
Group Check-In
Baggage will be checked-in individually as per the allowance per pax for International flight (30kg) and Domestic flight (20kg). Group bookings can be managed via the MHgroupbooking portal.
Troubleshooting
1. 'Unable to check in online' - May require counter check-in for infants alone, passengers with pets, special needs, or certain ASEAN flights. 2. 'Session conflicts' - Clear browser cache or use incognito mode. 3. 'In-app check-in issues' - If the app fails, try the website or use airport self-service kiosks. 4. 'Boarding pass not issued' - Common for international flights where document verification is required at the counter.
