1. 1Visit omanair.com or open the Oman Air mobile app.
2. 2Enter your Booking Reference or Frequent Flyer Number and Last Name.
3. 3Select the passengers you wish to check in.
4. 4Choose your preferred seat (standard seats may be free during online check-in).
5. 5Add any extra baggage or services if needed.
6. 6Generate and save your mobile boarding pass or print it.

Valid passport or national ID, booking reference (PNR), travel visas and health documents if applicable, and the credit card used for booking (if requested).

Seat selection is available during online check-in. Some standard seats that previously required a fee may become available for free selection starting 48 hours prior to departure. Extra legroom and preferred seats carry a charge.

Passport and visa details are required. Certain countries mandate airlines to grant access to Law Enforcement Agencies for passenger information and data (APIS). Travel documents may require verification at the airport, in which case online check-in might direct you to the counter.

For group bookings, the primary passenger can use the master PNR to check in online for the group. If the entire family is not physically present during early check-in, bags can be accepted but boarding passes will be issued only when the entire family is seen by check-in staff.

1. 1'Unable to check in online' - May occur if the flight is operated by a partner airline (codeshare) or if travel documents require manual verification at the airport.
2. 2'Booking reference not found' - Ensure you are using the correct 6-character PNR or try your frequent flyer number.
3. 3'Special service request' - If you requested a wheelchair or unaccompanied minor service, you must check in at the airport counter.
