Reservation Code (PNR), surname, photograph ID (national ID, driving licence, marriage certificate) for domestic flights, and a passport for international flights. Passport and ID cards are mandatory for flights to Northern Cyprus.

Passengers can select their seats during online check-in. Free seat selection is available, but seats with extra legroom or specific preferences may incur a fee.

A valid passport is required for international flights. The travel document must be valid for at least 3 months from the date of departure from Member Country regions. Some destinations may require filling out online forms or downloading specific country apps before flying.

For group reservations of 10 to 25 people, you must be a BolBol member and signed in to your account to manage the booking and check-in.

1. 1'ERR_D45 error during check-in' - This is a known system error; try using a different browser, clearing cache, or contacting the call center.
2. 2'Cannot download boarding pass for connecting flight' - Sometimes only the first leg is available; you may need to get the second boarding pass at the transfer desk.
3. 3'Check-in not working out of hours' - The online system is 24/7, but if you need phone support, ensure you are calling during their operational hours or use the BolBol free call center.
