2. 2Enter your booking reference or e-ticket number and last name.
3. 3Select the passengers you wish to check in.
4. 4Choose or change your seat assignment, including myPAL Seat Select options.
5. 5Confirm your details and generate your boarding pass.
6. 6Print your boarding pass or save it to your mobile device.

Booking reference or e-ticket number, valid passport (at least 6 months validity for international), visa if required for destination, and the credit/debit card used for online purchase if applicable.

Seat selection is available during online check-in. Passengers can choose standard seats or purchase myPAL Seat Select (Forward Seat or Extra Legroom). If changing a previously paid seat, the original fee is forfeited and a new fee applies.

Passengers must present valid travel documents (passport, visa) at the Online Check-in Bag Drop Counter no later than 1 hour before departure (45 minutes for Quanzhou/Jinjiang flights) for document verification.

A maximum of 15 passengers can be checked in per transaction, provided the booking is under one passenger name record (PNR) or booking reference.

1. 1'Unable to check in online' - May be due to traveling with an infant, needing special assistance, or pending payments; check in at the airport.
2. 2'Payment unsuccessful for seat' - Your selected myPAL Seat Select will be held until you pay at the airport counter.
3. 3'Flight not eligible' - Flights from certain cities in China (e.g., Wuhan, Tianjin) do not support online check-in.
