1. 1Visit flyporter.com or open the Porter Airlines app within 24 hours of departure.
2. 2Enter your booking confirmation number and last name.
3. 3Add your VIPorter number and provide an email for flight updates.
4. 4Change or upgrade your seat and pay any baggage fees.
5. 5Choose to receive your mobile boarding pass via email or print it (Basic fare passengers must pick up boarding passes at the airport).

Booking confirmation, valid government-issued photo ID for domestic flights, valid passport for international/US flights, and eTA or ESTA if applicable.

Seat selection is available during check-in. If you don't select a seat, one will be assigned for free. PorterClassic Stretch seats and other preferred seats are available for a fee.

Passengers traveling to the US must provide Secure Flight passenger data (name, gender, date of birth) 72 hours prior to travel. Valid passport is required, and proof of onward/return travel may be requested. eTA or ESTA is required for visa-exempt foreign nationals.

Families traveling with children under 14 who do not select seats in advance will automatically be assigned suitable seats together approximately 24 hours prior to departure for free.

1. 1'Unable to check in online' - May occur if you have an outstanding balance, recently modified your reservation, or need special assistance.
2. 2'No electronic boarding pass issued' - Basic fare passengers must pick up their boarding pass at the airport counter to verify carry-on size.
3. 3'App check-in failing' - Try checking in using the link in the reminder email sent by Porter.
