3. 3Enter or confirm your travel document details (passport or national ID).
4. 4Choose to purchase a reserved seat or accept a free random seat allocation.
5. 5Complete the Visa/Document verification if you are a non-EU/EEA citizen.
6. 6Download your digital boarding pass to the Ryanair app.

A valid passport or a valid National Identity Card. Driver's licenses or birth certificates are not accepted. Non-EU/EEA citizens must verify their visa or resident permit via the app or at the airport Visa/Document check desk.

Seat selection is available for a fee, allowing check-in 60 days in advance. If you opt for free random seat allocation, check-in opens 24 hours before departure. Families get free reserved seats for up to four children per adult.

All non-EU/EEA passengers must complete Visa or Resident Permit verification during the check-in process via the myRyanair app or have their documents checked and stamped at the Ryanair Visa/Document check desk at the airport before proceeding to security.

Groups of 15 or more must book through the Group Travel Service. For families, children under 12 must sit beside an accompanying adult. A maximum of four children for every one adult on the same booking will receive a reserved seat free of charge, allowing the family to check in 60 days early.

1. 1'Error alert during check-in' - Use an alternative device, clear cache/cookies, or update the app.
2. 2'Booked through third-party' - You must verify your identity on Ryanair's website before you can check in.
3. 3'Visa check required' - Non-EU citizens must verify documents in the app or visit the Visa/Document check desk at the airport.
