6-character booking reference or E-ticket number (starting with 618), passport, and any required visas or travel documents for your destination.

Complimentary seat selection is available for any remaining Economy Class seats once online check-in opens 48 hours before departure. If you do not select a seat, one will be assigned to you.
International Check-In Rules
Passport information must be entered during online check-in for security and immigration purposes. If your destination requires specific immigration documents or extra verification, you may not be able to complete check-in online and must proceed to the airport counter.
Group Check-In
You can check in online for a maximum of five passengers travelling on the same booking with the same itinerary. You will need the booking reference and passport details for all passengers.
Troubleshooting
1. 'Unable to check in online' - Often means your destination requires additional document checks or you have an exit row seat; proceed to the airport counter. 2. 'Cannot generate boarding pass' - Regulatory requirements may prevent digital passes; collect a printed one at the airport. 3. 'Error checking in' - Ensure your booking reference and last name match exactly, or clear your browser cache.
