Starlux Airlines Online Check-In Guide (2026)
STARLUX Airlines online check-in opens 48 hours before departure for Asia flights (24 hours for North America flights) and closes 1 hour before departure. You can check in via the STARLUX Website or App, but note that group passengers and those with special needs must check in at the airport counter.

Step-by-Step Check-In Guide
1. Visit the STARLUX App or Website and click on 'Check-in & Fly', then 'Check-in Now', and select 'Online Check-in'. 2. Retrieve your booking by entering your booking reference, e-ticket number, or COSMILE ID along with your last and first name. 3. Confirm your flight information and enter your contact details. 4. Read and acknowledge the regulations on dangerous goods. 5. Provide passenger information and select your seat. 6. Obtain your boarding pass and complete the check-in process.
Documents Needed
Booking reference (reservation number) or e-ticket number, last name, first name, and valid travel documents (passport).
Seat Selection
Seat selection is available during online check-in. Within 48 to 3 hours of flight departure, Standard and Forward Seats are free of charge while Extra Legroom Seats remain chargeable (USD 50 for short-haul routes). Child or infant passengers under the age of 12 may enjoy a complimentary selection of Standard and Forward Seats.
International Check-In Rules
Flights from/to the United States are subject to local government regulations, so the online check-in service is available between 24 and 1 hour prior to the departure time. Due to various policies and regulations of the local airport authorities, you may not be permitted to use online or mobile QR boarding pass, or use one device to display more than one person’s mobile QR boarding passes during the inspection processes.
Group Check-In
Group passengers (10 or more passengers on one single booking record) or passengers traveling as part of a group with a G class ticket cannot use online check-in.
Troubleshooting
1. 'Unable to check in online' - May occur if you have special needs, are traveling with pets, or have an unconfirmed booking. Proceed to the airport counter. 2. 'Cannot access boarding pass' - If you completed online check-in but couldn't get a boarding pass, arrive at the airport counter at least 1 hour before departure. 3. 'Online check-in unavailable within timeframe' - Opening hours may be adjusted due to operational reasons; try again later or contact customer service.
