2. 2Select Check-in and identify yourself with your first and last names and your reservation number.
3. 3Choose your seat.
4. 4Enter any required API data for international flights.
5. 5Receive a link to your boarding pass by SMS or e-mail.

Booking reference or e-ticket number, passport or identity card, and any necessary visas or travel documents (e.g., ETA or eVisa).

Seat selection is available during online check-in. Passengers without a free seat reservation will be allocated a seat automatically, but can change it for a fee depending on the fare and seat category.

Airlines are obliged to send passenger data via the Advanced Passenger Information System (APIS) on the date of departure. Passengers must send their data online on swiss.com no later than 72 hours before departure or provide it during check-in.

Minimum group size is 10 people traveling together. Names of all passengers must be registered at least 14 days before departure. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

1. 1'Boarding pass not received' - Check your spam folder or use online check-in or check in at the airport.
2. 2'Unable to print boarding pass' - Pick one up at a check-in machine or desk at the airport.
3. 3'Forgot boarding pass' - Have a new one printed at the airport within the specified check-in time.
