2. 2Enter your Booking Reference, Ticket Number, or Royal Orchid Plus Number along with your Last Name.
3. 3Select the passengers you wish to check in.
4. 4Choose or confirm your seat assignment.
5. 5Complete the check-in process and download or print your boarding pass.
6. 6Drop off any checked baggage at the self-bag drop or counter at the airport.

Passengers can select their preferred seats during online check-in. Preferred seats with extra comfort and better views may be available for selection or purchase.

THAI reserves the right to deny boarding if a passenger's travel documents are not complete. Passport, visa, and health certificates (if applicable) must be presented. The check-in counter closes 50 minutes before departure for international flights.

Internet Check-in supports multi-passenger check-in (from the same and different PNRs), allowing passengers to select which passengers are to be checked-in together.

1. 1'Online Check-in cannot be used' - This occurs if you have upgraded your travel using Royal Orchid Plus miles; you must check in at the counter.
2. 2'[W12] Your booking cannot be checked in online' - This error means you must check in at the airport counter, often due to document verification needs.
3. 3'Unable to log in to ROP' - Try resetting your password or contact support, as random logouts and password issues are sometimes reported.
