Seat selection is available for a fee up to 48 hours before departure, allowing early check-in up to 30 days in advance. Within 48 hours, seats are assigned automatically for free, but can be changed for a fee.

For flights to certain destinations, passport details and additional travel documents may be required during online check-in. Check-in desks close 60 minutes before departure for flights from Tel Aviv.

Groups of more than 9 people per booking cannot use web check-in and must check in at the airport counter (free of charge).

1. 1'Unable to check in online' - May be due to a group booking of >9 people, traveling with a pet, or requiring special assistance.
2. 2'Error during check-in' - Verify your 12-digit booking number and last name.
3. 3'Cannot select seat' - Free seat selection is not available; seats are automatically assigned within 48 hours unless you pay a fee.
