Advance seat selection is included in all fares except Economy Lite. Economy Lite passengers can purchase standard seat selection up to 3 hours before departure, or select a standard seat for free within 3 hours of departure, subject to availability. Economy X upgrades are available for purchase.

Online check-in is currently unavailable for international flights. Passengers must check in at the airport counter, which opens 3 hours before departure. Passports and required visas must be presented.

Large groups should check in at least 60 minutes before domestic flights and 120 minutes before international flights. Group bookings (10+ passengers) may have specific check-in counter arrangements.
