1. 1Open the Volaris app or visit volaris.com and go to 'My Trips'.
2. 2Enter your reservation code and last name exactly as they appear on your booking.
3. 3Select the flight and passengers to check in.
4. 4Add any optional services and accept the baggage guidelines.
5. 5Click 'Generate boarding pass'.
6. 6Save your boarding pass on your phone or print it.

Reservation code (6-character PNR), last name as on booking, valid ID or passport for international flights, and any required visas or travel documents for your destination.

You can select your preferred seat before getting to the airport. If you don't select a seat, a random one will be assigned during check-in.

Online check-in for international flights opens 24 hours before departure. You must arrive at the airport earlier (3 hours before departure for baggage drop) and ensure you have all necessary travel documents like passports and visas.

You can select multiple passengers under the same reservation code during the online check-in process to check them in together.

1. 1'Can't check in on WhatsApp' - WhatsApp check-in is currently only available for domestic flights within Mexico.
2. 2'Boarding pass not generating' - Ensure your last name matches the booking exactly.
3. 3'Missed online check-in window' - You can check in at the airport counter, but there may be an additional cost.
