2. 2Enter your 6-character reservation code or 13-digit ticket number and last name, or sign in to your WestJet Rewards account.
3. 3Verify your travel documents and add any required passport or visa information.
4. 4Select or upgrade your seat and add any checked baggage.
5. 5Pay any applicable baggage or seat selection fees.
6. 6Download your electronic boarding pass to your mobile device or print it.

Reservation code (6 characters) or ticket number (13 digits), full name and date of birth as on government-issued ID. For US travel: Passport or NEXUS, plus hotel name/destination address. For other international travel: Passport, and Visa or PR card if applicable.

Seat selection is available during online check-in. Fees vary by seat type, fare, and flight segment. Seat selection is included with Business, Premium, and EconoFlex fares. Extended Comfort and Emergency Exit Row seats are available for an additional fee.

For US travel, passport or NEXUS info, plus destination address/hotel name are required. For other international travel, passport and applicable visas or PR cards are required. International check-in closes 60 minutes before departure (75 minutes for YYC, YEG, YYZ, YVR). Some international airports may not support online check-in.

For families, enter the child's date of birth when booking. WestJet automatically assigns seats together for free if not selected: children under 5 sit next to a parent/guardian, ages 5-11 in the same row (no more than one seat away), and ages 12-13 within one row. For groups of 10 or more, special group booking rates and rules apply.

2. 2'Check-in error online' - Try upgrading your browser, clearing cookies, or using the WestJet app.
3. 3'Cannot check in pet online' - Guests travelling with pets must check in with an agent at the airport at least 90 minutes before departure.
