Zipair Online Check-In Guide (2026)
ZIPAIR offers mobile check-in starting 24 hours prior to departure and closing 90 minutes before the scheduled time. Passengers can complete the process by uploading their passport data via their smartphone or tablet.

Step-by-Step Check-In Guide
1. Click and open the URL received from the automated e-mail and/or access the ZIPAIR website. 2. Click on the Mobile Check-in Button. 3. Scan and upload passport data. 4. Once complete, the mobile boarding pass will be available. 5. If you have checked baggage, proceed to the check-in counter or self-baggage drop area.

Seat Selection
ZIPAIR allows you to select your seat 24 hours prior to departure (a seat selection fee applies). Seats at the emergency exit or the front row can be selected 48 hours prior to departure. Unspecified seats will be automatically assigned at the time of check-in.
International Check-In Rules
Mobile check-in requires scanning and uploading passport data. Passengers who are unable to complete the mobile check-in process should arrive at the airport at least three hours or up to one hour before the scheduled time of departure.
Group Check-In
Children aged 7 to 14 years old traveling on the Vancouver route will be seated next to one adult. Normally, prior seat selection is subject to a fee; however, the seat selection fee is free for children aged 7 to 14 years and the adult accompanying them.
Troubleshooting
1. 'Unable to complete mobile check-in' - Arrive at the airport at least three hours or up to one hour before departure to check in at the counter. 2. 'Need special assistance' - Passengers requesting special assistance are ineligible for mobile check-in and must check in at the airport. 3. 'Unpaid ancillary service' - Complete the purchase online or contact ZIPAIR to cancel the service before checking in.
