These terms govern your use of Camli.com and all flight bookings made through our platform, website, or telephone service. Please read them carefully before booking.
Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website (camli.com), creating an account, or making a booking through any Camli channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”) and Planet Aero LLC (“Camli”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to all flight bookings and services purchased through Camli.
Our Services
Camli is an IATA-accredited travel agency. We act as an agent on your behalf to facilitate the purchase of airline tickets at consolidator fares. We are not the carrier — your contract of carriage is with the airline named on your ticket.
- •We search consolidator fare databases and airline GDS systems to find the lowest available fares
- •We issue airline tickets directly through IATA-accredited systems
- •We provide 24/7 customer support for booking changes, cancellations, and queries
- •We act as your representative in disputes with airlines where possible
Booking Process
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a booking confirmation email with a reference number (e.g., CAM-2026-XXXXX) and an e-ticket. Until this confirmation is issued, no booking exists.
- •All passenger details (name, passport number, date of birth) must exactly match the travel document to be used
- •Name corrections after ticketing may incur airline fees — double-check all details before confirming
- •By submitting a booking, you confirm that all passenger information is accurate and complete
- •Consolidator fares are subject to availability and may change between quote and payment
Prices and Fees
All prices displayed are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and include all applicable taxes and fees. The price you confirm at checkout is the total amount you will be charged.
- •Fare prices may change until payment is confirmed — consolidator fares are highly dynamic
- •Our service fee (if applicable) is included in the displayed total — no hidden charges
- •Fees charged by Camli for optional extras (seat selection, baggage) are separate from airline charges
- •Camli does not charge credit card surcharges — UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking are all fee-free
- •If a fare is no longer available after you begin payment, we will notify you of the updated price before charging
Payment
Payment is processed at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- •All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption
- •We do not store full card numbers — payment is processed by our PCI-DSS certified payment partner
- •In the event of a payment failure, your seat is not reserved until payment is confirmed
- •For bookings over $1,200, we may contact you to verify the transaction for fraud prevention purposes
Cancellations
Cancellation policies vary by airline and fare type. The specific cancellation terms applicable to your booking are shown at the time of purchase and included in your confirmation email.
- •Free 24-hour cancellation: Most bookings can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided the departure date is at least 7 days away
- •After 24 hours: Airline cancellation fees apply. These vary from $0 to the full ticket value depending on fare type
- •Camli service fee: Our service fee of $15–$25 per person is non-refundable after 24 hours
- •Non-refundable fares: Some promotional consolidator fares are non-refundable. This will be clearly marked before you book

Flight Changes
Changes to confirmed bookings (date changes, route changes, name corrections) are subject to airline policies and fare availability:
- •Date changes may be permitted for a fee — typically $35–$100 per person plus any fare difference
- •We facilitate changes on your behalf and charge a handling fee of $10 per booking
- •Airline-initiated schedule changes of more than 90 minutes may entitle you to a free rebooking or refund
- •We will notify you of airline-initiated changes as soon as we are informed
Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, are processed within the following timelines after airline approval:
- •Credit/Debit card refunds: 7–10 working days
- •UPI refunds: 3–5 working days
- •Net banking refunds: 5–7 working days
Refund amounts depend on the fare rules of the specific ticket. We will always communicate the refund amount before processing any cancellation. Camli's service fee is non-refundable after 24 hours of booking.
Traveller Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring all the following before travel:
- •Your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date
- •You hold all required visas for your destination and any transit countries
- •You meet all health and vaccination requirements for your destinations
- •You arrive at the airport with sufficient time for check-in, security, and immigration
- •Baggage weight and dimensions comply with the airline’s policy for your fare type
- •All passenger details provided to Camli are accurate and match travel documents
Camli is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these requirements, including denied boarding, visa refusal, or missed flights.
Our Liability
Camli acts as a booking agent, not a carrier. Our liability is limited accordingly:
- •We are not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, overbooking, or changes to schedules
- •We are not liable for lost baggage, injuries, or other events occurring during the flight
- •Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the total price paid to Camli for that booking
- •We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., hotel costs due to a delayed flight)
- •Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence
Disputes
If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us first at [email protected]. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 working days. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may escalate to the Consumer Forum under BBB dispute resolution or applicable US consumer protection law.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey, USA.
For customers in the European Union or California, these terms do not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
