Camli provides a platform for searching, comparing, and booking airline tickets. We act as an intermediary between you and the airlines, offering consolidator fares and published prices. All tickets are official airline e-tickets issued directly by the carrier.
3. Booking & Payment
All prices displayed are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to availability and may change until payment is confirmed. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email with your e-ticket details.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by airline and fare type. Some consolidator fares may have different cancellation terms than published fares. Please review the fare rules before completing your booking. Refund processing times are typically 7–14 business days.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that all passenger information provided is accurate and matches your travel documents. You are also responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, visas, and meeting all entry requirements for your destination.
6. Limitation of Liability
Camli acts as an intermediary and is not liable for flight cancellations, delays, or schedule changes made by airlines. Our liability is limited to the service fees charged by Camli. Airlines maintain their own terms and conditions for carriage.
7. Best Price Guarantee
If you find a lower price for the same itinerary on another platform within 24 hours of booking, contact us and we will match the price or refund the difference. This guarantee applies to identical itineraries with the same airline, class, and dates.
