1. Visit bambooairways.com and click 'Check-in'. 2. Input your PNR (Passenger Name Record) or ticket number and the last name of one of the passengers. 3. Select the passenger and flight, then click 'Next'. 4. Read and agree to the ICI regulations on passenger and cargo. 5. Select any additional services and proceed to pay if applicable. 6. Upon completion, choose to print or receive your boarding pass via email.

Documents Needed

Boarding pass (printed or on mobile device), valid identification card or passport, and any other required travel documents such as visas or health status confirmations depending on the destination.

Seat Selection

Seat selection is available during online check-in. Economy Flex passengers get free seat selection for Exit row, standard, and back seats. For other fare classes, standard seats cost 90,000 VND, back seats cost 55,000 VND, and middle seats in the rear are free. Emergency exit row seats cost 110,000 VND and must be purchased at the check-in counter.

International Check-In Rules

Online check-in is only available for international flights between Ho Chi Minh (SGN) and Bangkok (DMK). For all international flights, even if checked in online without checked baggage, passengers must proceed to the check-in counter for document verification before going to security.

Group Check-In

Passengers can check in multiple people under the same PNR by selecting the passengers during the online check-in process.
