1. 1Visit bambooairways.com and click 'Check-in'.
2. 2Input your PNR (Passenger Name Record) or ticket number and the last name of one of the passengers.
3. 3Select the passenger and flight, then click 'Next'.
4. 4Read and agree to the ICI regulations on passenger and cargo.
5. 5Select any additional services and proceed to pay if applicable.
6. 6Upon completion, choose to print or receive your boarding pass via email.

Boarding pass (printed or on mobile device), valid identification card or passport, and any other required travel documents such as visas or health status confirmations depending on the destination.

Seat selection is available during online check-in. Economy Flex passengers get free seat selection for Exit row, standard, and back seats. For other fare classes, standard seats cost 90,000 VND, back seats cost 55,000 VND, and middle seats in the rear are free. Emergency exit row seats cost 110,000 VND and must be purchased at the check-in counter.

Online check-in is only available for international flights between Ho Chi Minh (SGN) and Bangkok (DMK). For all international flights, even if checked in online without checked baggage, passengers must proceed to the check-in counter for document verification before going to security.

Passengers can check in multiple people under the same PNR by selecting the passengers during the online check-in process.

1. 1'Online check-in not available' - Ensure your flight departs from an eligible airport (HAN, DAD, SGN, CXR, UIH, or SGN-DMK) and you don't have special requests or an infant.
2. 2'Cannot print boarding pass at kiosk' - If you already checked in online, you can only print the boarding pass at the kiosk ONCE.
3. 3'Missed boarding time' - Arrive at the departure gate no later than 30 minutes before departure, or your online check-in may be canceled.
