Passengers can cancel their reservation and receive a full refund within 24 hours after the reservation is made.

Original form of payment. For all economy classes they refund it within 30-45 days with a small fee (as long as you cancel 3 hours before check-in).

The No-show fee applies to passengers who do not take the flight and do not change or refund their ticket at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure time shown on the ticket.

3. 3Follow the prompts to cancel the seat.
4. 4Request a refund or rebook a new flight at least 3 hours before departure to avoid no-show fees.
