Cabin Policy
ANA All Nippon Airways does not allow pets in the cabin. All pets must travel in the cargo hold. This policy applies to all pets, including small mammals and birds. Service animals are an exception and have different regulations.
Cargo Policy
Pets are accepted in the cargo room when traveling on the same flight as their owner. The cargo hold is air-conditioned and has humidity control, but the temperature may fluctuate. The lights in the cargo room will be off during the flight. Reservations for pets must be made by phone in advance.
Breed Restrictions
Short-nosed dog breeds are not accepted from May 1 to October 31. This includes Bulldog, French Bulldog, Boxer, Shih Tzu, Boston Terrier, Bull Terrier, King Charles Spaniel, Tibetan Spaniel, Brussels Griffin, Chow Chow, Pug, Chin, and Pekingese.
