Pets are transported via Cathay Cargo. Bookings must be made through an IATA-accredited freight forwarder or by a holder of a valid IATA Live Animals Regulations (LAR) training certificate. Breed Restrictions

The following fighting breeds of dog are not accepted: American Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasiliero, and Japanese Tosa. Sphynx cats are also not accepted. Brachycephalic (snub-nosed) breeds are only accepted on specific routes (Hong Kong to Melbourne/Singapore/London Heathrow, and London Heathrow to Hong Kong) and during certain months (January-May and October-December).
