Cabin Policy

Flair Airlines allows small dogs and cats to travel in the cabin on flights within Canada. The combined weight of the pet and carrier must not exceed 23 lbs (10.5 kg). The carrier must be soft-sided, leak-proof, ventilated, and have maximum dimensions of 41cm x 23cm x 25cm. A fee, ranging from $79 to $129 CAD, is charged for this service. Pets must be at least 12 weeks old and fully weaned. There are also seating restrictions, as pets cannot travel with unaccompanied minors or passengers in exit or bulkhead rows. Each adult passenger is permitted to travel with either one infant or one pet, but not both simultaneously. For a pet and an infant to travel together, they must be accompanied by two separate adults. The airline also enforces behavior guidelines, and may refuse to transport pets that are disruptive. It is recommended to book your pet at least 48 hours in advance of departure.

Flair Airlines does not offer a cargo transport option for pets. The airline's policy is limited to in-cabin pet travel for small dogs and cats on domestic flights within Canada.

Breed Restrictions
