Singapore Airlines does not permit pets to travel in the cabin of the aircraft. The only exception to this policy is for trained and certified assistance dogs, which may accompany their handlers on board, subject to specific conditions and advance notification. All other pets must travel as checked baggage in the aircraft's cargo hold.
Cargo Policy
Pets can travel as checked baggage on the same flight as their owner, provided they are at least three months old. The combined weight of the pet and its carrier must not exceed 32 kg (70 lbs); otherwise, arrangements must be made through a cargo agent. The cargo hold is temperature-controlled on most aircraft, but not on Boeing 737s, on which pets are not permitted.
